    Accessibility Statement

    Effective Date: May 1, 2026

    Our Commitment

Dispatch360, a product of SKEYEWATCH, INC., is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

    Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We disclose known limitations transparently below and are actively remediating them.

    Measures We Take

    To support accessibility, Dispatch360:

    • Designs with semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and a clear heading hierarchy.
    • Provides a “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
    • Maintains visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
    • Reviews color contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
    • Provides text alternatives (alt attributes) for meaningful images and marks decorative images appropriately.
    • Honors the operating-system prefers-reduced-motion setting to suppress non-essential animations.
    • Labels all form fields, ties error messages to their inputs, and announces validation errors to assistive technology.
    • Tests with modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation during quality review.
    • Includes accessibility review as a standard step before publishing new pages or features.

    Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with the following:

    • Recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari on desktop and mobile.
    • NVDA and JAWS on Windows.
    • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
    • TalkBack on Android.
    • Operating-system zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

This site is not specifically designed for assistive technologies more than three major versions out of date.

    Technical Specifications

Accessibility of Dispatch360 relies on the following technologies:

    • HTML
    • WAI-ARIA
    • CSS
    • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

    Recent Improvements

As part of our most recent accessibility pass we:

    • Increased the contrast of primary buttons so white button text meets WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1) on light backgrounds.
    • Darkened secondary (“muted”) body text and form input borders to meet AA text and 3:1 non-text contrast thresholds.
    • Standardized inline text links inside long-form articles to a dedicated accessible link color (#3461E8) with an underline so links are distinguishable by more than color alone.

    Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, users may encounter the following limitations. We are working to address each of these:

    • Legacy blog and knowledge-base imagery: Some older articles may contain images with abbreviated or missing alternative text. We are auditing and updating historical content on a rolling basis.
    • Embedded video: Marketing videos on the homepage and select feature pages may not yet include closed captions or audio descriptions. Captioned versions are in production.
    • Third-party content: Some embedded tools (analytics widgets, financing partner forms, social media embeds) are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We monitor these and request remediation from vendors when feasible.
    • Author-supplied content: Body copy in blog and knowledge-base articles is authored in a rich-text editor. While our default styles are accessible, individual authors may occasionally introduce color or formatting that falls outside our system. We review published content on a rolling basis.
    • Complex data tables and comparison grids: A small number of comparison tables on pricing and feature pages are still being upgraded with full row and column headers and screen-reader summaries.

    Assessment Approach

Dispatch360 assesses the accessibility of this website by the following methods:

    • Internal self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
    • Automated scanning during development and pre-release.
    • Manual keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader spot checks on high-traffic pages.
    • Periodic third-party review.
